PEACE OF MIND
Licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Class C Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), we are able to care for residents who are ambulatory, semi-ambulatory, or non-ambulatory. Some residents may be almost totally independent while others may require the assistance of two caregivers to transfer, walk, or be cared for. Residents may receive a maximum of three hours of actual nursing care per week in addition to the personal care provide by our staff. Many older adults find they can no longer live alone in their own home or apartment due to infirmities of aging. At Harbor Heights, we cater to those personal needs with a circle of services to make your life complete.

THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Serving special needs is part of our daily mission. Whether it's a need for a special diet, or behavior management, or special early and mid-stage Alzheimer's needs, we are here to provide the extra care required. You will find our certified, trained staff has that extra know-how to help our residents live each day to the fullest degree possible in a loving and warm place to call home.
